About Matthew Allen

Matthew lives and works in the Broadripple community of Indianapolis. He has spent his career guiding clients, discovering their unique care needs, legacy concerns, and financial situations to help them reach their goals.

Matthew worked full-time in the securities industry as a trader and compliance officer while attending the Robert H. McKinney School of Law and began his law practice representing clients in financial disputes. He worked as a Litigation Counsel for Indiana’s top securities regulator, helping victims of financial crimes recover assets.

As his practice evolved, it has had a consistent focus on elder issues. Matthew works with seniors and their families to secure benefits for their care and support for in-home services or an Indianapolis nursing home facility. Through collaboration with clients, he creates legacy and will documents that reflect their wishes and concerns.

The Law Office of Matthew Allen has over 20 years of legal experience helping clients in Indiana understand estate planning, elder law, trust administration, Medicaid and Veterans planning, and business law. Attorney Matthew Allen is accredited by the United States Veterans’ Administration to represent Veterans and is a member of the Elder Law and Real Estate Sections of the Indiana State Bar Association.
